Slowing my overclock...good settings here?

Ite fellas after a while of having my chip at 4.5ghz i see no merit (atleast for now) for having it so high. Last night i started backing it down and this is what i got so far...tell me what you all think, are there any bottlenecks as for as you all can tell?

CPU: 4ghz (stock volts) (28c idle, 38c load with occt linpack)

CPU-NB: 2600mhz (stock volts) [2800mhz possible but with 1.4v]

RAM: 1600mhz 8-8-8-24 1T (stock volts)

GFX Card: gpu-830, shader-1950, mem-1190

Should i run the NB at 2800mhz or that would not make a difference?

I've read that OCing the NB rather than HT is better for AMD chips. That being said if you can comfortably run at 2.8GHz whilst dropping the overall Frequency it should help somewhat.
