I'de be happy with a 6 core at those prices
...until I get my LGA 2011 Ivy Bridge CPU that beats the pants off these for the same price. Will it still be 'BESSSS' then?

I read one or two of the reviews.AMD has finally brought the pain with the FX-8150. I tell you...this new CPU is the stuff legends are made of, especially when you considerthe price point. I didn't expect it to dethrone Intel's 980/990X, but boy oh boy am Iimpressed with its overall performance. No logical cores here. Eight bad-boys FTW.I fully expect that Intel's Sandy Bridge-E/X79 CPUs might remove some of that lusterin the coming months, but I also expect the price to be significantly higher as well.At 245 US though, suddenly I have to seriously reconsider my upgrade options, but I will wait to see how the market shapes up when Intel drops their LGA-2011 CPUs.Still, I can't help but wholeheartedly recommend this as a seriously viable upgrade option, especially when paired with the outstanding Asus Crosshair V Formula 990FX motherboard. GG AMD. Finally.
