L.F/WTB: Xbox 360 Wifi Adaptor/Games

It kinda hard to have a very long @$$ cable
running across my living room 
the trip factor is too high. 
Guess xbox live will have to wait for a bit....

Strictly on cost factor, you may wanna look into using a longer cable with enough length to neatly run along walls etc to get the the console.

Wifi will work eh but you'll have to get a N adapter and have a pretty decent router for it to work properly. Wireless works flawlessly for both my consoles but like I said it will cost you.

Wireless N? but why? I was looking at the A/B/G Adapter...that wont work?
Dammit! Ok so my router is upstairs....i live downstairs.....i have a 50Ft cable which works but can't be run neatly cuz it wont reach.....DAMN YOU MICROSOFT!!!!

Wifi is a bit shakey from my experience. Especially in Trinidad with our concrete walls.

Wire is really the preferred option and makes all the difference for HD streaming and online games where you want max bandwidth / latency.

Cat 5 cable is really cheap so you can just get a longer cable. Say a 100ft, to accommodate being able to run neatly.

Alternatively, if you want to spend a lil more and avoid the hassle of running the cable, you could use a Powerline Ethernet adapter.

It will allow you to use the internal electrical wiring in your house to act as an ethernet network.

Meaning, anywhere you have a socket on the wall, you can have a connection to the internet via the adapter.

i guess the wired solution will have to be it then.....I'll get a longer cable.
Out of curiosity....who sells this powerline solution? I'll research this a bit more, sounds interesting.
