If you're going to horse-trade on patents, it might help to know how much other companies have paid for them, no? Samsung has now been accused of corporate spying for exactly that purpose. The company's legal negotiator, Dr. Seungho Ahn, apparently told Nokia that its terms with Apple "were known to him," despite the fact they were marked "highly confidential -- attorneys' eyes only." This means they should have been for Samsung's outside counsel only, and strictly off-limits for gaining leverage in any negotiations. Court documents show that up to 50 Samsung employees were given non-redacted copies of Apple agreements with not only Nokia, but Ericsson, Sharp and Philips, too...read more
LOL at that image wyatt, lolol. And muss be on Samsung, d spying on apple is fine, could allow that, but the cheating in benchmarks, that's just downright unforgiveable. Yuh Phone already running beast specs, yUh already have d majority of android marketshare, u really have to cheat ontop of it? ah mean seriously?Imagine if alyuh find out I was cheating on my 3DMark scores by monitoring the benchmarks and increasing my voltages temporarily during d running of certain scenes to allow it to make it through the benchmark stable when I very well know d machine cant run at those settings for sustained time.If I do that and get cetch (not saying I doing that eh, ) alyuh go beat me with ah bull pessle and ah wont hear d end of it lololol. Samsung do that, and d fanboys eh bat ah eye? (cough Arcman, cough), nah man, Samsung deserve ah lil 2 slap for this one.
In other news... "...for yet another day, the price of bodi remains unaffected, and Ali's doubles is still $4 for one."

New hardware and software shown in the latest round of Nexus leaksThere's a new batch of Nexus pictures floating around today, showing what's purported to be the Nexus 5 from LG complete with plenty of looks at Android 4.4 KitKat. The images, taken in Italy and displayed on the Tutto Android website, show us a look at the lock screen, the home screen, and a look at the apps of the Nexus 5. Of course, this leads to speculation of exactly what we're seeing, and things like a Tap to Pay mode in the settings and transparent status and navigation bars have a lot of folks excited.Just as interesting is some testimony from the leaker themselves. The Nexus 5 is said to be fast and smooth, with KitKat being a "lighter" version of the OS that helps in the performance department. Dual stereo speakers are acknowledged in the bottom portion of the device, and the camera is said to provide excellent image stabilization.
