I tried this website:
http://www.unlockallcellular.com/ They had the Nokia C3 listed as well as Roger's under phone networks.
They charged $14USD to "generate" the unlock code. A day after my order they said they couldn't generate the code and refunded the $14.
Anyone have suggestions on where, or how to get this unlocked to work on bmobile or digicel?
