THE BUTTKICKER!!!! - Audio Gear Phase 4

Ok guys, ive been meaning to do a writeup of this product for a while, and after helping berzerk tweak his xfi settings just right for his HiFi headphones, i decided to do this up one time. (Note: Berzerk now understand why i stress so much headsets are shit, and HiFi is d way to go, he now know what bass is , and those settings, only a HiFi headphone can handle). Anyways, moving on....


The buttkicker device is basically a sound inducer, it reproduces the bass notes from a subwoffer without actualy making noise. (perfect for environments when u want yuh pound but ppl cussing)
It uses induction and vibrations to acomplish this. The version i buy is the buttkicker gamer, can be had on amazon for 100$.

Now in layman's terms, think forcefeedback for everything you do.
Listening to music and want to feel that thump in your chess? thats what the buttkicker for, ive compared it against the logitech z5500 woffer, and ill choose the buttkicker any day of the week, over the logitech woffer. It adds so much depth, and bass, and richness to my already uber setup.

For games: u really FEEL dat buckshot in ur chess, racing games, u feel d rumbling of d engine, d differences in grass/pitch textures, and crashes, wow.

Movies: the opening scene in trasnofmares makes u wet your pants, and other shows like troy etc, when them soldiers marching, juss feels authorative, as if you actualy THERE!

D gamer version hooks up to office chairs, so perfect for most of us, for our computer environment.
Buttkickers are actualy used in cinema's, obviosuly some high end versions lol.

Out of the box my kicker was about 50% volume, and it shook the house down. i operate it at about 20-25% and thats more dan enough.
Listening to music wihtout the kicker, is as if someone reached into my pc, and teared away all the bass and heft from my music, spat on me, and left me with plain old bland sound.

I cannot stress enough how good this product is, it has to be one of the best gear purchases ive made. For 100$ i coudlnt believe the level of improvement in my music/games/movie expereince.

And yes, playing starcraft 2 with the kicker, ull want to jump out ur seat.

and true dat with my audio technica. After having this for nearly 2 years, its only now I using it properly. quality and bass is insane! time to get a usb mic and throw away dat headset.

Ever since I heard about dis product I have wanted it, and will get it whenever it is possible.  Nothing beats getting de cinema experience at home, remember going Cinemas 8 and having my seat shaking an all was going thru my mind was dat is time to move my mattress in de cinema, now de experience go be a seat away. 

Dis product is an integral part of my media setup dat is currently swirling around in my brain, can juss picture some Gran Turismo 5, Cod Black Ops, Bad Company 2 with dis, go be a while before I get it but my imagination will suffice for de moment.

i was skeptical too, i did tons of research on it, d gamer version especialy, and bit d bullet and bought it, like i said, 100% recommended, my skepticism was blown away, for 100$ this product is too good to be true.

i thought was a gimmick too, but desperation for a bass system that not disturbing others, forced me to do plenty research, force me to ultimately make d purchase, and boy o boy was i happy i did, no gimmick, d shit works, as advertised.

Ent to sure about the not diturbing others nah as it can in the right situation,

One note I have to say with the product, it works to well for inducing them so called bass vibrations, if you got this in a room upstairs with a solid flooring (Tile for e.g) the room right under that (Which happens to by my living room) gets all the bass to, like the waves travel over the flooring or some shit and echoing of the walls downstairs just enough for it to be extremely annoying,

I suspect putting it on carpet or a nice thick rubber mat or something might solve this particular problem if the above scenario fit you
