Most of ya'll have probably seen this on the gaming blogs etc.

But Guild Wars 2 is officially out for "pre-purchase" and "pre-order".

Buying the game now at full price gives you access to every beta weekend til launch + a 3 day headstart before launch date.
The funny thing is there still isn't a launch date lol...but it's coming!

Tempted to do the pre-purchase myself.

Well a bunch of my guildmates and friends pre-purchased Guild Wars 2. I thus followed.
The first Beta Weekend starts next Friday with the game client set to be out for download sometime soon.

Anyone on GATT pre-purchased?

Beta is going great so far!
Aside from the occasional server going down...like a few minutes ago.
Other problem is the beta isn't hardware optimised, so pc resources are being used retardedly.
20% cpu usage and roughly the same gpu usage with a slow framerate.
OtherS getting mixed results, 100% usage etc. etc.

Overall though. This game is fun.
I've become attached to it through the Beta.
I just hope a bunch of people from GATT choose to jump into it.
Can't keep ignoring MMO's guys. Millions play them for a reason. They are fun!

I also played Preddy Ele by my friend....we kept DC-ing and Loads of Lag in game...

Well I only played 1 hour!!

Game looking like it will live up to my expectations.....can't wait for release!!

^The game definitely doesn't overwhelm you when you start playing it.
You don't log-in to see a billion buttons on the screen and don't know wtf to do.
It has a very simple interface, and again I plea those that never tried MMO's, please consider this one.

Next Beta weekend starts on June 8th - June 10th.
Pre-purchase to jump in!

Just won a free Beta Key (2012 i won DOTA2 keys...Tribes keys....and now GW2 key)

BWE3 was great...played all professions (classes) and tried at least one of every race...
