They didnt even tell them until the 14th what the upgrade was for... So it appears its not only us being suckered

I thinks i got upgraded
Did the test 4 time in a row this is what i get.(old speed was 2mb down).It's jump from 6 mb to 10mb on the speed test so far i ran about 15 test.
