Saw this over in Imax yesterday. my score went up yes. Extremely entertaining. 9/10 now. Even the fights were more satisfying.

yuh know a movie good when the second time is better than the first.

zerk, would you say the imax was better than movietowne? sound quality wise and such?

The IMAX showing is very much worth taking in due to the fact that a majority of the film was filmed specifically for the IMAX aspect ratio.
It was breathtaking seeing the action scenes on that massive screen.
Compared to Movietowne, you cannot go wrong at all with the IMAX experience. The sound and video quality would be leagues better than what was seen there.

Just something to note though, is that Digicel IMAX is digital. It's not an authentic 70mm IMAX theater.

visually hell yes. Imax blows movietowne away in that dept.

 the sound in movietowne was far better than i thought it would be though. Imax is better overall, but mostly in the visuals. Sound to me wasn't that big a difference.

Imax really has a way of totally immersing you in the movie, Imax wins hands down.

Thought the audio sound a bit muffled in MovieTowne but from reading online, a lot of people are saying they had trouble with the audio (particularly what Bane was saying half the time) even at Imax cinemas.

Still, based on Zerks and W1ntry's feedback, I'll have to reserve the $$ for an Imax experience for the really epic movies in the future.

Seems it is worth the extra dough after all.
