I see this man post a fix for the stuttering. Looked like it worked for a lot of people based on the comments.


Stumbled Upon Studder Fix
I was creating a batch file to load steam in low priority automatically. Turns out when you create this it also makes every game launched through steam in low priority. in other words, run black ops in low priority: THE STUDDERING IS GONE
launch blackops
alt+tab to minimize
open the task manager
right click on black ops process
change priority to low, if untolerable try belownormal

batch file line before anyone asks:

I find the Commando too erratic and takes too many shots to kill a man...I'm gonna let you use the Commando, but the M-16 is the best Assault Rifle of ALL TIME!! OF ALL TIME!!!

Played some last night on Xbox Live, since by the time I got on PC the crickets were chirping and the tumbleweeds were blowing around, not a man was online... *SIGH*
First game I played with W1nTry, Jarrox and Overall Champ, M-16 goodness lead me to a 33K-8D game on Jungle, Chopper Gunner FTW!!! then two games later, BAM! 25K-0D with guess what? M-16 Goodness! LOL

Although, I will admit that when looking through my combat record, I notice that the gun that has killed me the most is the AK74u...blasted submachine gun runners! Buh no scene, ah does still deal wit dey mc swiff when d time come. As you prophesied red, my k/d is 2.0+ Yuh bastard, makin meh hadda wuk hard to live up to d k/d hype!

ROFL! Yea, we make a formidable team to pwn men on Live. Level bullets for them! The campers that we had last night didn't last very long on Jungle. Men camp in bushes, but semtex and smart playing took care of them brisk. They camped their way to a loss. lol.

I told you I smelt a Chopper Gunner on Nuketown though, I called that one before the game even started, from just looking at the opposing team KDR...picked them off like ducks!! LOL I think I ended up 29-5 in that game..

Really enjoying the M-60 with the grip. So reminds me of the 1919-Browning from World at War (which is my favorite gun in that game). Couple that with the "Sleight of Hand" perk and your good to go.
