We are not judging the merit of the potential just on graphics....the gameplay footage that has been included in the trailer combined with the cutscenes so far look really really promising. The article that Reaper posted about specifics in terms of Dedicated server support for PC's is a huge PLUS for the GATT community seeing as most are PC gamers on here...and come on, its Call of Duty....World at War which was made by Treyarch after their COD 3 failure was a big comeback and they are obviously only going to improve based on the success of WAW. With Dedicated servers back in the mix, its a WIN WIN situation.

I understand your hesitation about making a decision based on seeing a trailer, but nobody said you had to like it just yet...we are just all in awe at the potential the trailers are showing...that's all....but that is no doubt gameplay footage...

Battlefield is one of the most EPIC games I have had the pleasure of playing in my life, yet, if I played 10 minutes of the single player, I play plenty. A game's campaign is just a bonus

I thoroughly enjoyed Trey's last offering and as redlum said, im expecting to outdo themselves in this iteration.

Of course, if it sucks, ah want back meh money, but if history and trends mean anything, I suspect this title will do anything but disappoint.

Its that kind of thinking that virtually GUARANTEED to Activision's policy makers that it was OK to stiff PC gamers with a sub-par game.  You know the one...no need to go back there.

Im not asking to pin your hopes and dreams on it, but at least acknowledge they are making a step in the right direction and learning from that very terrible mistake of which we shall not speak lest I stir the REAL devil in yuh.

Treyarch could promise the moon, stars, and no more PNM (in that order...).  I aint preordering jack $#!t.

It seems like allyuh memory short...is Activision we dealing with here remember?  The publisher that seemingly
couldn't give a flying f@#k about you once they get your money?  Yeah...that very same publisher.

There's bound to be a catch...SOME-where.
