no private matches at launch, party system still blows
4 games running......nothing changed except graphics and well atleast we can talk to other ppl on different squads now thats a good fix.......even tho they would be randoms and not care what u have to say or respond anyway.....

+ beta voucher for ME3 mp is another plus

To be fair Vice, the PC players suffered the same ordeal for BC2, but you know what? That never stopped us from raping in even though we were in different squads (mumble ftw!). They say BF is a more tactical game and one man cant go running around guns blazing and win a match but that isnt 100% true imo. I've seen 1-3 men turn around a match already, so as much as u say playing randoms causes you to lose, it can go both ways.

At least now with Battlelog we can form parties and join in on servers together, will get split up into separate squads yes, but again we have mumble to compensate for that. It's a shame they couldnt figure out a way to improve the party system on the console tho. I feel for you and everyone else that lack of feature will burn.

I'm also very impressed with how the consoles are looking tho. Beat my expectations i must say. Will still like to see it 1st hand of course to cast my final judgement

we can talk to different squads we cant however get into the same game with 2 squads
we party up with 1 squad and join a match thats it......and as auto balance is on most likely if u tell them the server u on they will still get put on the other team

graphics mean zip to me, game cud be looking like the footage of console without the hd pack and id play the hell outta it once it has proper party options

fact of the matter is they straight up watched ppl in their face and lied.
said we were getting clan v clan support.....nada, not even private matches at launch lol
only thing they did was improve the comms but that means jack squat when randoms will play how they want and do what they want and not really give a damn about teamwork

see this is the difference with cod and bf and where cod beats it hands down......and for me to say that u know its bad because i despise cod

cod doesnt limit teamwork, cod says here......u can have 6 ppl on a team (9 if u playing ground war) then u can fill that with all ur friends if u want and have fun

BF says......uhhh......here what padnas.....pick 3 friends and play even tho we have room for 12 on  team, have fun with our luck based system on winning, hope u get some decent randoms

and thats the difference. cod folks just choose not to play as a team much but the option is there, bf however u are forced into a luck situation hoping for the best because ur limited

and this isnt even mainly from a clan perspective because ah know ppl gonna come here an say "oh u just wanna roflstomp randoms with ur pro buddies" thats not the case cuz i hate easy matches and would have liked proper clan support.

Gaming is a social experience as well, and by limiting the party system they limiting that. why do u think u dont find BF sweats on console, especially ps3? is because is only 4 ppl can play so they stick to a game that will allow them to fill a team up and sweat.

Right now this game isnt even worthy of palance thursdays that berzerk holds, because we cant even setup a private match to play against one another

Why cater to casuals alone and alienate ur hardcore following? why?
BF2:MC on ps2/xbox has more clan support and party options than this and thats sad.

Sorry to the fanboys who worship dice eh but just spittin facts and how it is FROM A CONSOLE PERSPECTIVE and i hate to see games with so much potential throw it away.

@Vice, i agree with you and most if not all the points. What i was gettin at was the fact that, the experience is what you make it. I do feel for the console men who have to endure that lack of teamwork and co-ordination because of poor ground work on a developers part. It happens on the PC as well. Even on the PC auto-balance i think will still drag people off the teams even if they joined as a squad/party. I'll gladly be on the opposing team if it means i get to harass the life out of Awesome, Notnice, Arcman and the rest of the possie.

But again, i try to enjoy a game for what it IS, not what I or anyone thinks it should be.
