Interesting read.

The CPU performance benchmarks surprised me though.  I was expecting CPU cores/performance to have more of an effect.

Not surprised that the game is so GPU-intensive.  DICE really turned it up to 11...especially the lighting effects.  OMG @ the sun-flare.


I unlocked the M240B.  My GOD the muzzle climb while firing that weapon is horrendous.  I'm glad it came with the bi-pod, but that means no more firing on the move.
It almost forces you to fire from prone.  The frustrating thing is, to unlock the foregrip for it, I need to keep getting kills with it.

I'll stick with the tried and true M249 until I can unlock the M60 yes.

You can get frag rounds on any shotgun,right now i'm using the DOA-12 with the frag round and it really good

u find that has muzzle climb?? try the pkppencheng or however u spell it ting does kick like a friggin mule, i can't even shoot straight with dat

Started the campaign, honestly it IS the best looking game on the 360, however I did find the caveats. They use HEAVY lens flares but I guess dues to the limitations of the consoles, it literally is a POINT light source they cleaverly place in front of street lights and car lights, problem is it makes it REALLY hard to see ANYTHING once you're close to it NO matter the angle XD... it's like a little SUN in the middle of nowhere. That aside its going OK, MW3 story line is alot better, but i'm taking it in, trying to enjoy it as much as possible.

Agree with you there, similar issues on ps3. Still impressive though, did you try the coop?

Haven't tried coop, but WILL at some point for the Gamerscore points. That aside, I finished the campaign... it was OK... the reviews of 6-7/10 are fair enough. Think I need to try this campaign over on a DX11 PC.
