I'd still like to see the full potential from Chiney system tho, with the GPU OC. See if he can reach to FirstChoice score or higher.

Take a close look at the CPU scores.

Yep...that's 12 threads at 4.4 GHz absolutely 'crumb-sprinkling' (WhatsApp joke) all over 8 threads at 5 GHz.

Ain't no WAY that system getting pwnt in a hurry.

The bar has been set a little too high for even the me2's (lol... Hard O/C, yous a fewl fo dat one

Well my Videocards reading like that because it left 3D mode. So the clocks went down. But their was no OC present for that bench. I will not reach FCTT score, but I will come close. I promise that much!

VirtueTT..His CPU reading that speed because of C1E state and Intel Speedstep. They lower freq and power when not under load.

Yep... All but one of those rigs (Eroo, I think) employs some sort of multi-GPU configuration. Not to mention some serious overclocking.

So now you know what you need.

Correction: Eroo's rig has a 5970, which qualifies as multi-GPU, so yeah, getting into that top ten (and staying in it

) is not for those bereft of substantial coin.

I am not pushing that system really any higher. Just going to enjoy some more serious gaming with the guys every night as usual. That is the mean reason for it in the first place. But thanks Wyatt.
My next upgrade will take place within the next few months. Including mobo and CPU and I have only told the FEW.. Well one member to be exact.

i enabled the C1e and speed step and activated turbo boost but only managed to raise my score by a very little. It shows my CPU @ 2.1 now...guess i have to really wait for proper cooling http://3dmark.com/3dmv/3971770

It was not Rebirth's fault. My apologies.

Fixed. It was an error on my part copying and pasting things around. Additionally, the link was wrong but the score from his 1st vantage score was correct.

ok just rebuilt the system, this is at stock and I'm only on a 6870, I'm waiting to see how the 7970 vs 680 pans out and if prices change to reenter the top 10
