I played the single player and to be honest, i thought it kinda sucked. not only was it I

too short, but it felt buggy and unpolished. Not what you'd expect from a high budget EA title.

The graphics was pretty bad too. I'm very surprised a how poorly the game turned out.

And although I hate comparing it, it really does feel like a cheap COD clone. The

multiplayer seems quite fun though, from what I've played in the beta, but with only 4

modes and 6 maps, I fear that I'll get bored with it really fast. I'll be passing on this one

in favor of Black Ops.

It isn't that bad wtf. Ppl getting spoiled by COD. Im only in the 2nd mission but the game is fun so far. I blocked COD from my mind and just thought of this as MOH's first foray into the modern warfare genre.

Anyone who played the SP hadda admit it had a "been there, done that" kinda feel.

BC2 was a modern day shooter and it didn't feel anything like COD, unlike this title.

From the mission objectives to the character animations just screamed COD clone IMO.

If the MP had more maps, I might have been sold. The beta was real mad. But if I

hadda choose between SC2, MOH and the next COD, MOH would have to get the boot.

Sorry. So Arc, yuh boycottin' Black Ops like the last game or yuh on-board?

*edited post with added thoughts out of boredom*

Just finished the single player on hard. About 5hrs total.

It's definitely not the among the best FPS campaigns (does not add anything new, borrows from other games, inferior to those it borrows from) but it was enjoyable enough. Had it's moments. A certain cutscene reminded me of the rotating hallway scene from Inception (of all things lol). The score was nice too. I'll rate the campaign 7/10.

I guess for the lucky folks that have $60 to burn, this isn't a bad buy. SP was decent and the MP beta was fun. However to me, honestly it doesn't feel like it's worth as much as $60 ($40 would have been a better starting pt for this imo). A game like BC2 which is superior to this is $30. I know it's been out longer but it started @ $50 I think. Perhaps whenever the price of this is around that $20-$30 range I'll consider it. I'm not in a hurry.
The majority of gamers seems to be waiting for the next big title, namely...well I don't think I have to say it =]

BC2 was a modern day shooter and it didn't feel anything like COD, unlike this title.

Totally understand what you're saying. Parachuting down to Port Valdez for the first time was something special. Felt new and exciting.

As was pre-determined, skipping this and onto Black Ops. BFBC2 just didn't cut the mustard for me (on the 360) and the beta I played on my PC has an even LESS palatable feel than BC2, so this was a no brainer skip... reading ppls reviews just reaffirms my decision.

See how your skill jumping up and down?

This is one thing I HATE about this game. I have been stuck between 2300 and 2400 skill for DAYS because one game I gain 10, next game I loose 80. So I play 8 real bess games and just like that, in one game all that work down the drain. It seems to be so bloody random wtf?? And this is with me capturing flags like I going madddddd, running from one point to the next like a parent of 3 picking d chirren them up from school, each pickney going to different schools, all on the opposite sides of town.

No, its not a big deal, but I like having something to chase and this game isnt giving me that. Therefore, motivation to play is lacking.

Looks like someone is having a great time playing sniper...like 80% of the players online
at any given time.  I hate to admit it, but I'm not having that much fun playing this game.

The overuse (abuse?) of the sniper class is ruining it for me.  I like to run and gun,
and actually try to take objectives, but it seems like everyone else is just interested
in K/D ratio, and the sniper class is the easiest way to rack up those ridiculous ratios.

There are balancing issues...there, I said it.  Something needs to be done about the sniper
class...PRONTO, or there WILL be a mass exodus when Black Ops arrives, and then there will be no reason left to purchase this game.  The many, many complaints on forums across the interwebs
bears testament to this.  Its either they nerf the damage, or increase the weapon-sway, or give
the rifleman class MORE SMOKE GRENADES, or limit the number of snipers per team, giving 'dibs'
of sorts to the top scorers from the last game...SOMETHING!!!

I don't even pay attention to the 'skill' rating
