the amount of people playin it on steam now, something hadda be REAL dam good about it.

my best times in l4d1 was the versus mode playing as the zombies...those were dam good sweats.

They have significantly improved on it, and its alot harder too.
Not to mention melee weapons can really bring out the evil in you

yea, fassy man mentality when i rating up borderlands coop and other insist coop offers nothing more lol, and dis whole forum full of fassy man, if i think l4d is shit den dies my opinion, and i play d coop, coop to boot, dies how i know is mess, and like i say, yes zombies suppose ot run into u, but re5 is d best zomebie game id say, and it way beyond l4d, deadspace bad too, and i sure borderlands zombie island go be bad. alyuh find l4d bad, but i find is crap

agreed, re5 is balls infront of gears, gears realy picked up during act 4 and act5, also, crix has posted his opinion on MANY ocasions, dat coop has no added value, i see no body bashin him for stating his opinion numerous times. so d only thing i have left to say is, MONDINGO!

I've played l4d2 for a few hours now and I must say it's a huge improvement over l4d1 (though I'm still quite pissed that this couldn't be added in l4d1).
The game is much more challenging,teamwork is needed to complete the missions, don't forget all the new modes (realism mode ftw) like shiv pointed out the melee weapons are damn cool and also the variety of guns that they have to offer this time around

All in all I think it's a pretty damn solid release and this time hopefully we get new maps instead of l4d3 lol.

So now out of all that.. How does re5 even fit into comparison with l4d?...
Borderlands is great and all but how long is 1 game gonna keep you occupied? meh I'm going as far to ask if you rate borderlands so much do you own the game legit as yet?...

Left 4 Dead 2 = Mindless Zombie that attack in large numbers

Resident Evil 5 = Infected humans who can talk, use tactics and still have most of their common sense intact.

I don't even know why they're even being compared. L4D1 and 2 are both cool games. The latter does improve on just
about everything that the first game had. And Borderlands isn't the "be all, end all of videogames" you know.
Just accept the game for what it is; an over-the-top zombie killing sim.

um alibaboolal u played the game with 3 other friends in co op right? L4D2 is mainly co operative gameplay, if u havent tried it like that you are losing like 75% of the experience.

Also the versus option adds level replayability, especially from what ive seen with the upgrades to playing as the infected.

Personally played Borderlands in single and in co op. Cool game but not worth my money imo.
