berzerk, that design hell, while funny...is missing the point on customer service. While the designer may have the "right" site in his eyes he needs to remember, the customer (the one who is paying) expects him to deliver a site that they like and not vice versa.

this applies to most things but not all
doesnt apply to surgery and shouldnt apply to webdesign
because the customer his no technical understanding of how web design works, no concept of web design dos and donts and ask for random retardedness, then the site sucks and no one wants to use your site and the customer then blames the webdesigner, get another web designer and the new webdesigner goes wtf did the last designer do here? and the viscious cycle starts all over.
