yea guys have this board and processor i bought for a quick build in July when my dell went down decided to sell now .....

AMD Athlon 5200+ 2.7Ghz 2MB L2 Cache w/ HSF $450

Foxconn M61PMV manufacturer link $300

Take both for 600  or make an offer  

Both used for less than two months still under warranty until December locally and both the processor has a 3 year warranty from AMD as does the board from Foxconn

FOR $800 you'll get an extra year warranty from me i/e until next yr december
