Could anyone explain to me, why a connection with 600K+ download speed (a la torrents, etc...) struggles with streaming little low quality vids?
Is it that youtube is inundated and they are the cause of the streaming hiccups? Surely my connection is fast enough.
Or is flow doing some sort of throttle on streaming vids so as not to compete with their cable tv offerings?
Not quite as stirring as the first two, but included for completeness sake. The last few seconds features an interesting enough firefight.
