So I'm looking for a cpu for mom's PC. Doesn't have to be anything elaborate, perhaps a Pentium Dual Core, or something like that. She's just gonna be surfing the net, checking emails, so I'm not gonna be looking for anything like Sax's E8400 or CMR's Q6600

Looking to spend ~$400

Seeing prices online like Intel Celeron E1400 Allendale 2.0GHz 512KB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor

I done have board, ram, hdd, floppy, case (duh!?!)

Just need a low cost cpu (preferably dual-core)

maybe a dvd-rw as well, but that's very low priority atm
