Wait. What?!

EDIT: After proof-reading that sentence again, I realise what they're trying to say (namely, reading, doing crosswords and doing sudokus all increase your risk of NOT getting Alzheimer's.) Regardless of that, the author should have realised that this play of words will go over a lot of people's heads.

i think it kinda mix up neo, watch the under neath they contradict it by saying that doing puzzles can help to avoid the effects
