That's okay...but not as good as when they were giving it out free of charge not too long ago. And that offer lasted a couple days =]

lol, i didn't want to burst your bubble so i stayed silent. but since it done buss, i think half of the steam community, including me took advantage of the free portal deal. that's when steam became available on mac

Moonbase Alpha

This is a free game from NASA, more of a simulation though. Won't be for everyone since it does not have much action, might be good for those that wanted to experience repairing problems on a moon base :p It's cool how they integrated teamwork into it.

I've been using a coworker's Kindle at work recently and I must say reading books on this is definitely easier on the eyes than any laptop/desktop monitor.

I noticed that they now taking preorders for the Kindle 3 wifi only (non 3g) model for $139. Not bad considering when this device first came out it was $359 for the first generation model and had less features.

I kept telling people at the work the kindle price was gonna come down

at US$100, it's a no brainer.

Found the previous pricing level was DOE aimed @ early adopters.

Nothing a little competition couldn't fix.

Yeah indeed and it is certain to fall even more with aggressive pricing from other ebook readers and also from the Ipad's popularity. I would hold out for a DX with wifi since it is the next logical model for them to launch, that big screen really useful.
