Man, benchmarks are like the Gym to me. It's not how much you can push that counts, but that you can push an impressive amount for your weight catergory. Thus Sure its nice to bench say 300+ lbs but how good is that REALLY if you're 300lbs :p. The point is, just try to get ur own rig as high as you can. These guys are the 200+lb trainers in the gym that are SUPPOSED to be benching high... if they weren't we'd have cause to worry... to that end.. I have a new idea for benchmarks... Bae...
