Hmmm, I understand Flow has been giving a lot of trouble today. At first, I thought somebody in Flow was trolling people, black is white for April fools day. I just heard, however that apparently somebody bounce down a pole somewhere and cause the entire country to experience problems.Flow was contacted about the issue and released the following graphic to illustrate the issue. Not mine. Tried updating uTorrent, using a different port, enabling encryption. Nothing worked.Ran a test on http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/bttest.php and got a rather interesting result...Which suggests that some sort of 'traffic shaping' (aka 'blocking') may have been instituted.It now makes this 'outage' seem rather suspicious to me. Makes sense that the network would have to be 'suspended' briefly to institute such a significant policy. I could be wrong though.I hope it's some kind of April Fools prank.....but I'm not the least bit amused.
