Hey..yeah it's San Francique area close to Massahood Junction (< South, Siparia Old Road area if you not familiar ). The problem is slow internet speeds i have a 60 Mbps package...getting 4 Mbps average speed max of 12 Mbps (rarely). My neighbors are experiencing this problem as well (but lower max speeds based on their packages). Technicians came already and test the line and said low downstream reading. Flow said they repaired the node,then changed it because the repair didn't work. After the node was changed technicians came again and said lots of errors on the line.This happening since December.

Call me suspicious but ever since I took the flow gamer discount (I always had 60mbps package) my ps4 speed test speeds are locked at 11mbps (previously was between 20-30). I can't get any matches in street fighter and can't play division multiplayer, hits don't register. Anyone else experiencing anything like this or could make some suggestions to a solution cause the only thing that has change was the package swap.

This is interesting. I'm experiencing the same problems. I jus ran a speedtest and have been getting an average of 3Mbps download and .54 Mbps upload speeds. At first I thought it was a problem with my router, however, neighbours are also having the same issue. I am from La Romaine. Can someone help please?

FLOW has hands down some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I have been getting reduced quality of net for some time (slow net, incomplete web loading, online lag) until recently it got to the point where I can't even join a game online 95% of the times, and out of the 5% of times that I do join a game lobby, 1% of the times it actually goes into the match (Gears of War UE on XBOX ONE). Whenever I do the test it says that I am experiencing extreme packet loss (90%+) and other times it is at 0%, but mostly it's the former.

I messaged on facebook and was referred to an email address...I sent an email with the relevant information, got one response and that was it, I sent a duplicate email, got another response saying that they would forward my email again to whomever...been 2 days and no response, no follow up again. Tried calling this entire week, no answer for an hour. This is the most infuriating thing ever because I barely get time to play these days and now this happens on a long weekend. Steups.

God I can't wait for Digicel or Massy cause this is seriously ridiculous...

Well, I tried everything I could think of...no luck. Went by my friend yesterday to test it out and I got to play with little issue...so at least I ruled out my xbox as being the problem. I would not be so pissed if FLOW would actually respond to my emails or actually answer their phones.  It's kinda ridiculous to leave my phone on for 1-2 hours each day and not get a single answer for a whole week.

I'll send the email but it's kinda ridiculous that I need to use a third party to get support for a service I'm paying for.

Except this is a Flow service. You will be interacting with Flow technicians as well in the VIP Gamer tech support group.

For the past 2 weeks or so i have been having a serious issue concerning flow's connectivity and it's only getting worse. So my internet speeds are fine and i get stable ping/connections to certain applications but when gaming i cannot connect to a single game on my pc whether it be BO2, LOL, Dota, etc every game is the same ol problem i get launched into matchmaking just fine but just lags when i join or most of the time i won't even load into the game, plz help because it's really unbearable. :protest:
