The last Flow CSR I spoke to recently told me that they have a tool in their office that shows overall area congestion. For my area he said that historically and in the past day, it never really passes 30%. He said that load for the area is fine and that shouldn't be the issue.
Yes the speedtests above were taken @ 2am, time of post.

nice, well I just connected the flow modem directly to my PC to eliminate all other possibilities.
Results are "concerning"

And now for the offpeak tests, taken this morning at 8:49am
and for kicks, one to curacao
Pingtest
Tested in game as well. and working smooth as silk.
So it's back to fantastic in the morning.
Wreaks of congestion at peak times.

Those Mother !!@!@!#!# don't have enough bandwidth, I give that a Samuel L. Jackson crazy look....lol
But that is truly messed up man, I mean peak hours and that kinda lag you was getting last night in SC2, not acceptable.

Flow came and swapped my modem today from the old one to the new one we had @ Flow's World.
Did not solve the problem..lol
Service still underperforming with respects to bandwidth at least.

interesting results there captain.
Apprentice, those pings looking pretty decent. If that holds up during peak time (say from 7pm gmt-4 to 11pm) you're back in the game.
I'll be very keen on seeing your results then.

Shortlived as expected. New modem has not solved the problems.. Flow really has to fix this. Don't offer 100mbps/50mbps/25mbps/10mbps if you can't even deliver 5mbps at peak hours.. sigh.
These were taken few minutes before 8pm.

Well yesterday I did a peak time test at the sis-in-law's residence in the diego area. She has the new flow modem and was doing 60ms pings and 5mb flat to florida.
This was around 8-9pm.
So that gives more credence to the theory that each geographic area has its own share of bandwidth.
Our area is clearly over loaded. They need to give us a bigger slice of the pie.
Off Peak here and look at pace.
boom @ 58ms ping

Its common to get those results when testing against Flow's on servers.
A test up the islands or Miami is what you should do.
