Well...I say give em until July 30th 2010 and see if the service improves after the upgrade. If not...Blink idmc. Simple as that.

Good good. Turns out nothing was done other than the upgrade and im working pretty ok for now. Still have the ticket open, tech doing a site visit next week to fix line noise.

Well I supposedly get ah upgrade (South is 10 upgraded to 15mbps temporarily)... but it feels like a downgrade :/

I still don't get higher than 5mbps even though I'm paying for 10, and today I getting less than 5mbps with this upgrade :/

Obviously POS server will give you your speed.

^yea this is totally ridiculous.
Just like Captain I been attacking their customer support for months.
Had a dedicated supervisor calling me every week to update me on the situation.
When they supposedly had a "fix" a month ago, I went from 2mbps to 5mbps. The supervisor expected me to have my 10mbps speeds after that "fix".
Hoped speed upgrades would finally fix the issue.. apparently not.
Gonna give it a day or 2 again, and then downgrade for next month if it don't stabilise.

lol, well you don't really expect everyone to get 15mb - 20mb connections off island? Ah mean, come on???

That's just a numbers game to open your wallets.

I downgraded from 10mb to 2mb and honestly, haven't felt the difference (other than in speedtest reports)

Hopefully they upgraded it to 5mb. Will test this evening.

As I've said before, I have never had any problems with my FLOW connection. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones. Youtube videos play fine (with ByWifi at least),

720p videos stream off Appletrailers buffer free, online gaming barely has any lag, and just about all my downloads (torrent & http) run at max speeds.

Just this morning I acquired a copy of Starcraft II for test purposes (I actually mean it this time, I WILL be buying the game) and I took under an hour

to download the entire 7+ GB file. The speeds maxed out at around 2.5mb/s. FLOW could gladly take meh money.

Ho Ho Ho, Bandwidth Santa passed by today, he dropped off my innanetz speed upgrades.

downloadinternet2.0.exe loading up nicely hehe. Hmm I wonder if I can download more than 100 Gigabytes today.....hehe.
