Hmm well good going FLOW, though in the past I have gotten a response from them, call back to ensure things ok....yet service still falters from time to time. I remember earlier this year getting dial up speeds. Hopefully things will continue to perform well. I must say though that I thought it was just me having improved performance during the latter half of this week. I was on youtube the other night and thinking to myself how come the videos loading so fast.....on 720p quality lol. And well that screenshot I posted with the 1209 KB/s rate, yup still getting that speed during the day hehe.
^ditto, it has been running pretty good since Wednesday. I usually get a lag fest in BFBC2 but since Wednesday it has been mostly lag free, speedtest give me close to the advertised speeds to foreign servers, where as i was getting 2-3mbs average before.
Guys, earlier this week I left a less than pleasent comment on Flow's facebook group. Basically, the shitty ping and lag issues had me ticked and calling customer support wasnt getting me far.Fellas, I must say, Flow have some realll bess customer support and I feel like they care dread. I got a call not 5 minutes ago from someone in the communications department that explained to me that they were doing some upgrades up to tuesday or so this week to the system countrywide and how I found the experience was since then, also if things were still bad they would send someone by me to test.I told her that pings were fine last night and gaming session went smoothly etc etc.Ah feel like a biteup shilling and not pissed at them anymore. At least I have someone I can call now when the normal tech support not doing it for me. Now is time for some heavy sweat to see how much improvements their upgrades really made.
Apprentice believe me when I say that it wasn't all smooth sailing, the results I am getting recently are way above what I would get at times. Remember I said dial up speeds yuck...
Well I just got off the phone their with support... I actually waited 30mins with the phone to my ears to get through -.- Usual yadda yadda, maybe router, nothing wrong on their end etc..etc..So I voiced my frustration and the guy said he's escalating my issue and will contact me today about it and it should be fixed..If that call doesn't come by tomorrow.. I'll resort to facebook. And mega lulz @ "seriously pissed with these noobs"...Thats the magic line that may have worked for ya :p
