One that stuck in my head for a LOOOOOOOOOONG time was Frog's theme in Chrono Trigger...all the music from that game is great, but that stuck for some reason.

Agreed with everything so far, unforgettables.

The ones I love and have been listening to more and more recently are the MGS themes, old and new, and alot of the Castlevania music, redone and modernised.

Anything done by the Eminence Orchestra is automatically awesome.
