Since my last post, I've had my nuts squeezed harder still

I am now micromanaged to the point where i now have to fill out a job sheet where EVERY HOUR of the work day i must input what i am doing, and it must be stuff that can't be  perceived as simple stuff that can't take a whole hour. i have to write if it finished or not and any comments.

Supervisor even went so far as to  PRE FILL the 12noon to 1pm slot for me  which mandates that I supervise the computer lab on the school's lunch hour (mind you this is NOT in my job spec). so i have to write in when i take lunch, either 11a or 1pm.

This shit impedes me from doing the Ministry's job, but she say "the ministry could say whatever they want

sometime I really have nothing to do, or something to do so mundane i have to actually think up something to write.

One of these days i will write i taking a sh*t, yes

Tried to talk to principal, get dismissed within 4 seconds of starting to speak. Wrote letter asking for meeting, still waiting for a response.

At least I'm not the IT guy in a remote school who was made to do PHOTOCOPIES all day... he didn't last long at all.

Basically, I write, conceptualize and create advertisements. I'm the idea person in an advertising agency. I write scripts for tv commercials, radio commercials and come up with ideas and copy (the writing you see on ads) in print media.

Just started my dream job as a Copy Writer at the beginning of this year - and I love it. The pay is cool (could be better but that's a moot point as I'm not one who makes money an issue once I enjoy my job), there is a great degree of challenge and I am never bored.

I get to come up with fun ideas all day and though, due to the conservative nature of Trinidad and Tobago's corporate clientele, many of them get rejected it's nice to know that I created that. That is me...all me.

Copy Writer? which agency are you with? my company had a few meetings with McCann and Lonsdale and i know some people in other agencies as well.
