Is there any street fighter with Sheng Long in it?

He's rumored to be hidden in the very first Street fighter 3 game.
Check around and see if you can dig up some dirt on it, but I've heard that it's true....

No.
There are NO SF games with Shenglong.
Unless you want a mere reference of Ryu saying "You must defeat Shen Long to stand a chance."

As for the thing with Sagat. He was not killed or crippled by Ryu. They did fight again however, and Ryu threw the fight knowing that Sagat will never be satisfied until he beats him. Sagat then thinks back as Sagat did the same and threw the fight against Dan. He soon realized he was the same and has to train his mind. Ryu and Sagat part ways as allies.

I mean according to what I've read here, this is the end of the line. No more SF games based in time afer 3.

Utter ballz there is no such character as Sheng Long that was a mistranslation on Capcom of Americas part.

Im surprised that rumour still exists to this day. Awhile back EGM magazine played an April Fools prank showing "fake" pics of Gouken as a hidden fighter in SFA2.. LOL  and the funny thing about it is Capcom of America actually contacted EGM to find out if it was true.

Outlaw you seem to be  confused , the sf2 v series is supposed to be a prequel  to sf2 the animated movie( ok maybe not a true prequel but i'm sure u can figure out what i mean). In V Chun Li's father knows of Shadaloo , but has never actually confronted Bison thats why he's alive, with her father alive she would have no real reason to hunt down Bison and in V she was a mere teenager (16 i believe). Also as i have said before the street fighter storyline changes everytime a new game is released the VS series have no place in the real sf universe.

oh yeah and one other thing... Sheng Long is chinese for Dragon Punch
