This teenager beat the world record in Guitar Hero, Guiness Book of World Records had a competition to promote it's gamer's edition book, that actually exists I wonder what sort of records are in there *shudder* His gaming is so fierce that he breaks guitars regularly wow and I thought those controllers were pretty sturdy lol

That kid plays piano, guitar, drums, saxophone and oboe. He claims GH has made him better at playin real guitar. First time I ever heard that one lol....

POPULAR beat combo artist, and philosopher Noel Gallagher has had a guts full of people thinking they can play the guitar just because they have a high score on Guitar Hero.

Speaking to Total Guitar magazine, Oasis's brains pointed out that "playing a guitar is not a f***ing videogame."

While admitting that playing Guitar Hero was "better than two goblins trying to f**k a donkey up the arse with a laser beam," Noel said that when he met kids he was always having to tell them that when you play a guitar there was no level to get to. µ

He's getting alot of press, saw him on CNN yesterday... The kid is very musically talented... He drums, guitars and piano in real life and really well from the clips shown.

His YouTube videos are incredible, what songs you thought impossible on Guitar Hero and Rock Band he massacres right before your eyes!!!

Well I dunno about the whole factor that playing GH made him better at the guitar...

But what I don't get is the whole hating on playing these games versus playing an actual guitar...

If someone plays an FPS game, how often do you expect to hear someone saying regularly "FPS games are for wusses - go and join the Army to get the real deal!"

It's a game to simulate...nothing more. It can be easy to get into it, but hard to master...just like so many other games out there.
