serious? well i'm not sure if it's a driver update or something, but game moves alot smoother than before, and this is all settings on high...i did a test before, carried the res to 800 x 600, and set each graphical setting to its minimum. I got the same fps when i set the game at 1280 x 1024 with all settings on high, and view details etc to card's recommended.this game, even though a quad core would help, is badly coded. I'm sure that is the echo of many gta4 pc gamers, i hope that they are working on a new patch to help the situation, but right now, my cash stays in my pocket until i see some more fps..lol.
