the best tweak i'd recommend : Get Flow , greendot is only an option if your way in the bush beyond civilization... even then you get dsl and Flow alot of the time.

GD is 200-400k i belive , blink = 2mbit for 300tt , flow = 10mbit for 300tt

How do your propose to "tweaking" the connection if you don't have access to the CPE? There's no method for you to actually tweak the connection outside of that.

GD is generally more expensive that all of the other service providers atm. It doesn't look likely that the prices are going to drop anytime soon either.

If you're in the bush or you don't otherwise have a choice, u can get up to 512k package for residential. Higher capacity is an option but if you're willing to pay for it...

but they are right, hell the avg. . connection is bout 200TT more than the same speed from TSTT.
256k from tstt is like 70-80TTD, if you still using dial up or ., and blink in your area you deserve to be shot in the balls or vagoo with a very slow hollow point bullet) and if blink all the way down in the back alley's of freeport i would be shocked if it not in more 'bush' areas
for the least just jump on the blink wagon, it cheap and you not gonna lose much, the slightly lower (but consistent) speed of the blink will be worth it over all the throttling that . goes through on a constant basis.
