Alot , many books and pages can be spoken of the ills of the police locally and internationally but i think we need these people to know that when they do indeed do their job or go beyond that even and change lives, that they are going to be acclaimed for it.
So kudos to our local law enforcement agency for the raid on licensing they conducted
Kudos to the police for the difference that their work on the roads in the west have made over the past few months.
As i mentioned in a previous thread, when you enforce the law properly and frequently, people start behaving better.
Coming out of the west on a morning and going back in on an evening has become alot less frustrating thanks to their hard work.
They are now doing more with less effort, initially they had many groups on a morning and afternoon to enforce the law, which had the expected effect of having people wary of breaking the law, but its been GREAT to see on a morning and afternoon, that there is less lawlessness on the road and consequently less officers on the roads as well.
THey have a long way to go, but
THE JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES BEGINS WITH ONE STEP
and they are now making strides.
Kudos Officers.
