Saw the crash scene about 7:30am. The car was heading west into port of spain.

Crashed into the orange supporting post for the overpass right befror you trun by bhagwansingh's/NP

The glimpse of the of the car wreck was indication of a sure fatal - the car was flattened!! Firemen were still using the jaws of life.

Sorry to say, but good chance she was speeding..or fell asleep at the wheel

World Champions are dying on our roadways, soca stars dying on our road ways and no one will take it to heart, no one will change and the government wont treat it with the severity it deserves.

Dont know who else must be sacrificed before something serious is done.

R.I.P really really sad to have our best sons and daughters go this way.

People die in car crashes all over the world crixx. They don't discriminate whether you're a world champion or not. The government has nothing to do with this.

I heard about this in church this morning. Very shocking. Trinidad is less one great talent.

It was confirmed that she was not the driver. It was some dude who may have fell asleep at the wheel, undergoing surgery, last I heard.

Funny how the driver always seems to 'get away' eh.....?

Seriously mega wrong. Its out of control in Trinidad because the roads are not well governed, the police dont hound people down for speeding, they dont camp outside of parties and breathalyse every driving leaving.

And yes people die all over the world, but its even sadder when its the best and brightest, iam sure she was inspiration to alot of people and now thats gonan be replaced with sadness and doubt.

As much as reform for enforcing the nation's road regulations is needed, it still comes down to a simple thing - speed kills!

All the laws and regulations in the world won't change a thing if people don't heed them...so it starts with us, not any instruction written down somewhere that half the population may not even read before going on the road.
