Actually, Ultra PSUs aren't that bad you know.  Remember this thread?  (ahhh...the memories :lol:)
The Ultra PSU I used there is still going strong in my cousin's AM2 system all now.

If you can't afford the Corsair, then go with the Ultra.  Personally, I would go with the Corsair.
