What Acer machine? Compared to what you can get online for the price, its not all that much of a good deal. By local standards though, it is a decent price.

I think the 3700 TT is quite good, considering the listed specs.
...and I think its the HP6730 series.

Saw the offer in today's papers. Looks like it's for real.

You have a choice of either a laptop or a desktop. apparently this sort of bundling has been very successful up the islands (jamaica, barbados) for Cable & Wireless.


They also bundled 3 months free (internet access I presume)

For $3700.00, I think you're getting a fair deal.  If you can live without the warranty.
Think about all the extra charges/fees if you were to buy this yourself and ship it.

While the Acer Crixx mentioned is nice, its on Newegg.  How yuh getting it? (well other than the very tedious money order method)
