.......i think my problem with speed racer is that I saw it too many times....probably more than ten and it got too annoying especially when you have 4 lil children running around a small room in tobago singing the song....well not even the song....(8)Go speed racer go speed racer(8)it plays over and over in my mind forever haunting my thoughts

finding nemo in HD got me hooked on blu ray movies earlier last year,now me and my bro transformed a entire extra room in our house as a dedicated Home Theater Room,Optoma Projector doing full 1080p blu ray on a 120" screen.Everything is better in blu ray,will try and post some pics soon.

the jump from 480 to 1080 is obviously noticeable....but 1080p and 1080i.....not so much.

Unless you have REAL money to spare on replacing that HD Bulb (which burns out rather quickly)....i suggest you stay with a TV.
I would go projector if you have a dedicated home theater to build on. And no a white wall or white sheet not going to cut it.

^whats your definition of rather quick? Lamp life on these things go from 2000 hours-3000 hours depending on the power mode you have it set on
