I wasn't the least bit surprised that he got KTFO by Seth. Seth isn't a great or even really good fighter by any means, but he is a legit fighter, more than can be said for Kimbo.
I really didn't expect that Ken would've been able to beat him. If Ken took him down he would've broken Kimbo's legs but Ken said that he was going to stand with him. Most fans I know expected that Kimbo would've knocked Ken out. But after seeing that piss poor performance against Seth I have to say that Ken might very well have knocked him out too.
Just for the record Ken isn't anybody great anymore. He's lost his last 5 matches straight and lost 8 of his last ten. He hasn't won since 2004. His last five losses have also been in the first round.
I hope Kimbo's hype is now dead for good. Worse than dead. I mean everybody knew the guy was not a legit fighter but I think we all thought that on some level he could at least stand up in some way. Instead he gets grazed by a punch by some guy who the most hardcore know (Seth was on TUF2) and goes right down. And then he can't even defend himself coherently on the ground.
The card in general I think was very good, but that main even was the laugh I thought it would have been. I was laughing hysterically after I saw what happened.
