Nice. They've pulled the best bits from Opera, Safari and Firefox into that browser, by the looks of it. They've flat-out ripped off Opera's "Speed Dial", but with some search bars and bookmarks added for convenience. "Incognito mode" sounds very much like Safari's "private browsing", except it's limited to just one window (good so you can go to pr0n sites and keep 'regular' surfing at the same time).

Still, "Chrome" has an awful IE style look though, can't forgive that.

Buggy as hell.

Saw this myself today. Just as I was wrestling with Firefox 3, that "awesome bar" keeps bringing up favourites and visited sites even after you've cleared the cache. Got that fixed by messing with the "about:config" screen but now I'm more than willing to test drive a new browser.

Yall do realize it's built on top of the Safari engine and as such has the same bugs that safari has with rendering and with javascript. That aside the review I read last night suggested still that it is VERY stable and once they sort out the buys it will be a real contender in the browser space. What's nice is it has a task manager (yeah 2 task managers in windows... wth will we do) but it will not crash all your pages if one should stall which is a great thing. It launches each page as a separate application instance but is rock solid stable (ftw) and uses little resources. You can read the review I read here:

Well i'm using it atm and it's fine so far. I checked my task manager to see how memory resource hungry it was and so far it's fair to fine... I have only 3 pages being browsed but I have 5 instances of Chrome for an accumulative memory usage of about 160MBs.... not that good it appears. Even so it's still quick and looks good. Motion gifs like my sig don't seem to be handled well though.
