4TH TEST DAY 4 - SARWAN & GAYLE DIG IN
by Tim Oscroft
CENTURION, Johannesburg – Chris Gayle and Ramnaresh Sarwan have have put on over 100 to frustrate South Africa on a rain-interrupted day at Centurion.
Play started late because of rain, and shortly thereafter Shivnarine Chanderpaul (27) was caught in the gully off Jaques Kallis off a loose drive.
Gayle, who retired hurt on Sunday after being struck by a rising delivery, returned to play his shots and caught up with the more sedate Sarwan, who's 50 took 123 deliveries.
South Africa's bowling resources could be stretched as a result of all-rounder Andrew Hall leaving the field before tea, after stopping in mid-run-up clutching his back

Yes. But the team is getting better. We bxtch, but the batsmen on the side have improved SIGNIFICANTLY.
We just need four decent bowlers, and players with the discipline and hunger to dominate world cricket. A l'il pride in representing the West Indies wouldn't hurt either. We need men with Steve Waugh and Brian Lara levels of badmind. Not bling bling party boys.
Yes, Viv Richards used to do it but... you all ain't Viv. Most of you don't have the pure talent, badmind and will to dominate opposition as he did, and you all sure can't party and fsck women as much as he did.

The two problems we have with bowlers are:
1)Injuries
2)Viv Richards
Yes I'm serious about the second.Who the hell put this fool as chairman of the selectors? He seems to want to try out every small island wannabe in existence.
Pick Lawson,Cuffy,Nagas and then one more quickie.Dillon would be good but I feel Reon King need another shot.Man was outstanding against Pakistan a few years ago but he played bad against England because of his shoulder and they drop him.*steups*

Naah, Viv is not the problem. Every coach come back sayin the same thing:
The men and dem playing doh listen to nobody. Dem l'il batting boys watching Gary Sobers and telling him that he cyar teach dem nutting.
