As my form6 exams finish tmr I will be extremely idle for the next 2 months, therefore to prevent myself from lighting myself afire again I wanna find something to do. Can any of you suggest somewhere to work(preferably in maybe advertising/journalism/graphic design/IT)? I would love to also work in an environment where I can learn as much as possible and gain some experience for the future. Salary is not really important.

Well they treat you different depending on where you go. I havent had such a bad experience wher eI am now.

Anyone knows of any kind of maybe animation courses that gonna be held for July/August ? I just really want something to keep myself active

have u tried checking out uwi ?

zero limit studios mentioned previously that they have courses
sbcs has photoshop & illustrator courses. art classes would go a long way if u getting into design and illustration or at least plan to.

view with ie6+. The owner might be a bit of a backside but i cannot deny his knowledge or his approach. He is the lecturer for masters courses at sbcs, who went of and opened his own school. Good prices and facilities too.

As for the job, that one a little tricky. Since you obviously have intentions of going back to school, and you are just looking for a summer job, i think that banks are usually willing to take you in, and sometimes they arrange for you to continue work/study when you go back out to school. I know of a couple ppl in uwi right now who had the arrangements made, straight out of A's.

Been looking to do a course as i lapse to do any for 4 years now. and with a project that demand i be on the ball with Server 2003, i think i just found my solution

Try out the OJT program. Once you show the person you are working with that you want to learn you will be exposed to alot of stuff. I was in Planning & Development and I was exposed to alot of server hardware.
