AN AUSSIE WOMAN was in a police station complaining that a man was phone stalking her when the sex pest decided to send her a movie of him... erm, taking the law into his own hands, shall we say.
The woman was having a devil of a job convincing coppers that there was anything they could do about Benjamin Baker, 27, of Princes Highway in Corio, Victoria.
They were just taking a statement when Baker rang the victim and provided them with graphic details of his particulars in a moving image.
According to the Geelong Advertiser, the video gave police the evidence they needed to charge him. He pleaded guilty in Geelong Magistrates Court yesterday to stalking and using a telecommunications device to harrass.
Police Prosecutor Seaton Lillas told the court that Baker repeatedly harassed his victim by phone and then sent her videos.
Magistrate Tim McDonald called Baker's conduct "disturbing" and fined him Aus$3,000
