Anybody know where I can get one of these locally for cheap?

Wanna hook up my PS3 to my dvi monitor...

Sometimes the tv is in use, so using my monitor wll be beneficial...

you are going to need a dvi wallplate a runner cable and the hdmi wallplate.

Ok it just occured to me that I will not have audio through the speakers on the LCD monitor using the HDMI to DVI adapter as DVI does not support sound..

So I've heard of this sort of adapter and haven't seen one yet but they must be around somewhere locally...
Standard RCA White/Red female to Standard 3.5mm Stereo/Headphone jack (you know the one that pc speakers use to connect to the mobo)

I dunno bout this other one but..
Optical Audio to 3.5mm audio jack?

Something along those lines to fulfil the purpose...anyone?

Yea I realised how common those were after exploring Amazon abit...
So I'll take a look at one of those stores...


But back to the original request..
Desperately in need of a HDMI to DVI Cable or Adapter...
TV in use much these days and I want to play MGS4!

I saw a Monster HDMI to DVI Adapter at Radioshack... and its priced at over $200 closing on $300 (can't remember exact figure...)

And I think I might be forced to spend that :|

I would order one..but me skybox one year contract expired..

ooo @ female DVI connection....

I was hoping it would be male...
As I'll be snapping that to the back of the monitor...

But then I could just plug the HDMI to the back of the PS3, and run another DVI cable...

Ok I'll have to think about it...
I'll double check the price at the shack and assess what I really gonna do....

All you need is the DVI-D cable that came with your LCD.  Its male at both ends.
This adapter will work perfectly with it.
