Help somebody!!!!!!!

Two weeks in trinidad and now I look to get the cold
Some one help me out here what do you do when you get the cold?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I have an ayuvedic remedy................but cant give u dat.So,just dont let it affect u.Get up and about.........okay,not in ppls faces but dont sit in bed all day.That'll just get u more sick and for a longer time.Oh and a good Trinidadian remedy is to eat something with ALOT of pepper.Hey,it works in Trinidad.

well yea i had d cold too...uhh jus do d normal...cold tablets an cough syrup.....
i took honey an scotch as well buh i eh kno if u wha try it lol.....
i nuh promoting drinkin scotch here buh it worked for me lol
an doh keep d cold in....blow ur nose an cough an spit etc...

honey and lime 3 times a day
mix the juice from half a lime with equal amout of honey and mix. sip from a spoon, straight.

...and use this as the one excuse to bother everybody...

...once i was by my coz...
...and all of us was rel 'sick'...
...so we order pizza...
...and was rel coughing and blowing we nose over the pizza till we get it free...
...hehe...

Oh yea. Mangoseed has the ticket. That works wonders. You have to mix that stuff in warm milk or something though right?

You could try Zebba Peak. Or just some flat out rum. Burns the cold out of your system. You can feel it working.
