my wii is catching its sweet royal ass to read any of my games...all 11 so i know its the wii..i need the lens clean or sumn..anyone knows where can i get it cleaned?

This advise is coming from Kiya, another member of the forum. Check JK or Entertainment Heaven she said she thinks they have a lens cleaning kit that might help.

well not sure but it may need cleaning. If you had your wii for a long time it may be dusty inside. Maby u are needing cleaner for a dvd or cd player may work.

really and truely i jsut tried a dvd lens cleaner...and it gotten worse...its like not reading anything now

thanks ppl..if nothing works by tomorro im going jk entertainment...they can either clean or replace it..i hope its jsut clean..cuz to replace might b a bit money..but its worth it..my poor baby

well i sent it to jk entertainment and tey say my lens needed replacement which will cost about 1000 bucks..god i hate trinidad and they expensive cheap cheating ways...a lens is like 50 us thats 300 y they charging 700 extra??!

The lens might cost $300, but the customs? Don't be surprised if those bastards charge more than that when it comes down here. And then there's shipping and handling.

Case in point? My brother ordered a book from away. Only costs 5 US. When it came down, know how much he had to pay?

$76 TT. More than twice the cost of the book alone.
Want to know the kicker?
He still has to pay back the original cost of the book, because the $76 was the customs and shipping and handling alone.

So....don't be surprised if some people charge you out the wazoo for such things.
You never know if they're trying to recoup all of those God awful side costs that come with shipping down the thing in the first place.

so it's true then, there is no fixed duty to item list, it's purely to the discretion of the Cutsoms Officer at the time of evaluation. :S

Especially since they ransacked my copy of Mega Man Zero 1. Damn thing looked like a gorilla sat on it. And farted.

should have bought your own lens and put it in. I bought a mod chip a few years back and paid no duty and the shipping was about $12US

i dont have credit cards nor any family members comming down anytime soon...plus i used to open my dreamcast and know that lens was easy to take out and put in but i dunno about the wii
