Hey guys...I'm asking for you're input - experience and advice on this topic.

How exactly do you go about registering a business and what are the TAX issues concerning it all. What are the penalties and circumstances you have to keep in mind or face. (incase yuh buss lol)

I'm just asking here to get trusted opinions before I go do anything stupid lol.

pretty well covered there but just for clarity yu need to have 3 directors total for the LLC.
so thas you and two others, just for clarity, and all three of yall need BIR and NIB numbers.

business also must have an address for it to be registered to.
