watched it on sunday...

was okayish, nothing really stayed wit me to be honest, and reminded me a lot of animatrix.

maybe it was because i watched this AWESOME anime called sword of the stranger day before, but gotham knight jus fell in the lil above mediocre category....

berzerk gives it 7/10  (sword of stranger gets 9/10)

Was okay.
It was an "animatrix" style because of a series of short stories that are done by completely different artists. So each version had different artwork.
I REALLY didnt like the FIRST one, it made batman and EVERYONE look like a fatman, and the art had a bit of mid Samurai 7 season art in it. Sketchy looking.
Had a couple very good eps though, and some nice background on batman and how he learned certain abilities to help him on the field of battle.
Its worth watching, just not worth buying.

Even if you didn't like it, Kevin Conroy IS Batman (the original voice from long time); That much is non-debateable.

Saw it yesterday, decent stuff. Reminded me of the Animatrix. Also liked that they used the original voice from the animated batman series (not the most recent, but the squared jaw series that came before).

I saw that someone posted that it's worth the watch but they wouldn't buy it. If retailers here didn't jack up the price by 300% i'd also keep away from it. But seriously an animated prelude to most movies usually cost around USD$10. and it's a nice addition to any batman fan's collection. So if I could find it here [the original] for between TT$80 - $100 i'd buy it.
