Sauce is a baddest for real, but as a north man born and bred i hadda say Kumar (as in Rambally Rajkumar)  opposite hillview is a REALLL boss.

Lawd, I almost forgot about Kumar oui! He does make some real good doubles, though I liked the chicken roti more for lunch, could never had gone wrong with that! But the doubles used to real lash when ppl hungry by lunchtime though...the pepper was decently hot though.

The best doubles. Weekday evenings just before preysal high school, just off the fly over in couva. Around three so my mom buys. Flavour like whoa, seasoning like whoa and nice thin barra. Trust me good stuff if you ever in the area not sure his full work hours though. Anyone can shed light!?

Doubles from south in general is better.. Best doubles i ever taste came from penal , the barra was a darker-grey colour than usual..

 It stay in the fridge a few days and still microwave and taste good!

There is a certain 'Sauce' in Curepe who has really good doubles. They are the vendors furthest south and closest to Spanky's. Anyone else in Curepe is mediocre.
